My passion for real estate began when my husband and I bought our beautiful newly constructed home as a short sale and moved into our lovely home for a phenomenal price. It was further solidified when we restored my dad's old home to its former beauty and got it sold in four days. It was my first listing ever and I knew I found my calling! In the last nine years, I have sold 149 homes and over $17 million in real estate and $4 million alone in 2025! I have been a member of the company's Honor Society, representing the top 16 percent of the company for the past two years.
On the buyer's side, I have a wealth of knowledge that can help the buyer with negotiating, advice on inspections, and appraisals, in order to help take the stress out of the process. For my seller clients, I carefully research comparables, weigh urgency with pricing strategies, and strongly encourage the use of professional photographs, as well as offering advice on municipal requirements such as occupancy permits and dye tests. I have also done some staging and have given clients advice on what helps to quickly sell their homes.
Originally from Connellsville, and a graduate of Duquesne University, I have been a Monroeville resident for over 32 years and know the community, its organizations, and culture very well. I used my skills as a former writer, marketing specialist, and communications director for several local associations to help write amazing descriptions for my listings. One factor that influenced my decision to enter the flexible world of real estate, was the adoption of our daughter Natalia, from Russia. Today, she is 24 years old and the pride and joy of my husband, Bob, and me. Real estate has given me the flexibility to watch her soccer and softball games at Serra Catholic in McKeesport where she graduated from high school. In her early childhood years, I operated a Kindermusik business in Murrysville for 10 years and was in charge of its marketing and promotion, as well as conducting classes that helped children with their early childhood development. This business helped me to learn the community, its people, school district, and amenities quite well to serve my current clients. In my free time, I am a passionate equestrian with a Morgan/Friesian mare, a member of the contemporary choir at Christ the Divine Shepherd in Monroeville, and an enthusiastic traveler as well, having included Italy, Hawaii, California, Mexico, Jamaica, and of course, Russia, in my travels. My fur baby at home is a lovely grey and white Ragamuffin cat named Kaylani. I am eager to serve you to find your dream home in Monroeville, Murrysville, or the nearby communities of Level Green, Plum, Penn Hills and Harrison City.
